एस0ओ0 108 दिनांक 28 अप्रील 2026—बंगाल, आगरा एवं आसाम व्यवहार न्यायालय अधिनियम 1887 (अधिनियम-XII] o"kZ 1887½ की धारा-13 की उपधारा-(1) एवं धारा-14 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस विषय पर निर्गत सभी पूर्व अधिसूचनाओं एवं आदेशों का उपान्तरण करते हुए, बिहार के राज्यपाल निदेश देते हैं किः-

(क) सुपौल जिलान्तर्गत निर्मली अनुमंडल में असैनिक न्यायाधीश (वरीय कोटि) का एक न्यायालय एवं असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि) का एक न्यायालय स्थापित किया जायेगा,

(ख) निर्मली अनुमंडल के असैनिक न्यायाधीश (वरीय कोटि) के न्यायालय एवं असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि) के न्यायालय की अधिकारिता सुपौल जिले के निर्मली अनुमंडल की सम्पूर्ण स्थानीय सीमायें रहेंगी,

(ग) निर्मली अनुमंडल के असैनिक न्यायाधीश (वरीय कोटि) का न्यायालय एवं असैनिक न्यायाधीश (कनीय कोटि) का न्यायालय निर्मली में बैठेगा। (घ) यह अधिसूचना दिनांक-02 मई, 2026 से प्रभावी होगी।

एस0ओ0 108 दिनांक 28 अप्रील 2026 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड(3) के अधीन उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा। (सं0सं0-ए/एक्ट-08/2007-3320/जे0) बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से, बासनो शंकर मेहरोत्रा, विशेष सचिव-सह-प्रभारी सचिव । 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 28 अ(cid:292)ील 2026 The 28th April 2028

S.O. 108, dated 28th April 2026.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of Section 13 and Sub-Section (1) of Section 14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act 1887 (Act XII of 1887) and in modification of all the previous notifications and orders issued on the subject, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to direct that:-

(a) One Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) and One Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) of Nirmali Sub-division in the district of Supaul shall be established at Nirmali;

(b) The Jurisdiction of the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) and the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) of Nirmali sub-division shall be the entire local limits of the Sub-division of Nirmali in the District of Supaul;

(c) The Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) and the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) of Nirmali sub-division shall hold its sittings at Nirmali. (d) This Notification shall come into force with effect from 02nd May, 2026.
