——— अिधसूचना 4 ebZ 2026 -3-65/2026-20—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा-67 के उपबंध के अनुसरण में बिहार विधान परिशद् का उप निर्वाचन, 2026 से संबंधित बिहार राज्य के विधान सभा सदस्यों द्वारा बिहार विधान परिशद् के लिए निर्वाचित सदस्य की अधिसूचना, जिसमें निर्वाचित सदस्य के नाम संबद्ध दल के साथ, (हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी में) में सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाषित की जाती हैं।

-3-65/2026-19——यतः लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा-151, धारा 39
की उप-धारा (1) और 56 के अधीन भारत निर्वाचन आयोग की अधिसूचना संख्या-100/बिहार-वि.प./01/2025-एम.एल.ए. (1) दिनांक-23.04.2026 को जारी की गयी थी, के अनुसरण में बिहार राज्य की विधान सभा के सदस्यों द्वारा बिहार विधान परिशद के लिए निर्वाचित श्री मंगल पांडे, का स्थान उनकी पदावधि, जो कि 06.05.2030 सहित उस तारीख तक थी, के समाप्त होने से पूर्व बिहार विधान सभा में निर्वाचित होने के कारण 16.11.2025 से रिक्त होने के फलस्वरूप हुई रिक्ति को भरने के प्रयोजनार्थ उप निर्वाचन हो चुका है। यतः निर्वाचन परिणाम की घोशणा संबंधित रिटर्निंग आफिसर के द्वारा लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 53(2) के अधीन कर दी गई है।
अतः, अब लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा-67 के अनुसरण में बिहार राज्य की विधान परिशद् के

——— Election Department ——— Notification The 4th May 2026 No. B-1-3-65/2026-19—Whereas a bye-election has been held in pursuance of notification no.-100/BR-LC/01/2025-MLA (1) Dated-23.04.2026 issued by Election Commission of India, New Delhi under section 151, sub-section (1) of section 39 and section 56 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) for the purpose of filling 01(One) seat vacant due to the seat of Sh. Mandal Panday in the Legislative Council of the State of Bihar, elected by the members of the Legislative Assembly of the State, has become vacant on 16.11.2025 by the reason of his election to Bihar Legislative Assembly, before the expiration of his term of office which was up to and including 06.05.2030; and Whereas the result of the bye-election has been declared by the Returning Officers concerned Under Section 53(2) of the the Representation Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 67 of the the Representation Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the names of members, elected in respect of those Constituency for Legislative Council of State of Bihar alongwith party affiliations is hereby notified:-
