—बिहार के राज्यपाल के दिनांक-11.05.
2026 का निम्नलिखित आदेश सर्वसाधारण की सूचना के लिए इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है :-
''भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 188 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मैं, ले ज सय्यद अता हसनैन, बिहार का राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा बिहार विधान परिषद् के सभापति श्री अवधेश नारायण सिंह को वह व्यक्ति नियुक्त करता हूँ , जिसके समक्ष, बिहार विधान परिषद् के उप निर्वाचन, 2026 में बिहार विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से निर्वाचित सदस्य, अपनी जगह लेने के पहले शपथ लेंगे या प्रतिज्ञान करेंगे।

(cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण) 11 मई 2026 2 The 11th May 2026No: -P.A.1/V.M.(oath/affir.)-01-02/2024-498—The following order of the Governor of Bihar dated the 11.05.2026 is hereby published for general information:-
"In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Article 188 of the Constitution of India, I, Lt Gen Syed Ata Hasnain, Governor of Bihar, hereby appoint Shri Awadhesh Narain Singh, Chairman, Bihar Legislative Council to be the person before whom the member elected in the Bihar Legislative Council Bye-Election, 2026 from the Bihar Legislative Assembly Constituencies shall before taking his seat, make and subscribe oath or affirmation.
