सं॰ IV/छूट-12-07/2026-2629—रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 की धारा-78 द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल, पीरपैंती (भागलपुर) में थर्मल पावर परियोजना के अधिष्ठापन हेतु अधिग्रहित 1020.60 एकड़ भूमि 33 (तैतीस) वर्षों के लिए लीज पर अंतरित किये जाने संबंधी दस्तावेज के निबंधन पर प्रभार्य निबंधन शुल्क की शत-प्रतिशत छूट प्रदान करते हैं।
2. यह तुरन्त के प्रभाव से प्रवृत्त होगा। 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 11 मई 2026 The 8th May 2026 No.-IV/छूट-12-07/2026-2629—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-78 of the Registration Act, 1908, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to exempt fully, the registration fee, chargeable on registration of lease document related to transfer of 1020.60 acres of land for Installation of a Thermal Power Project at Pirpainti, Bhagalpur for 33(Thirty three) years.
2. It shall come into force with immediate effect.
