15 ebZ 2026 सं॰ बी॰1-3-63/2026-28—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा-67 के उपबंध के अनुसरण बिहार राज्य की विधान परिशद् में भोजपुर-सह-बक्सर स्थानीय प्राधिकारी निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से हुई रिक्ति को भरने के प्रयोजन से आयोजित उप निर्वाचन, 2026 में बिहार विधान परिशद् के लिए निर्वाचित सदस्य की अधिसूचना, जिसमें निर्वाचित सदस्य के नाम संबद्ध दल के साथ, (हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी में) में सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाषित की जाती हैं।

15 ebZ 2026 सं॰ बी॰1-3-63/2026-27 यतः लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा-151, धारा 30 और 56 के अधीन भारत निर्वाचन आयोग की अधिसूचना संख्या-100/बिहार-वि.प./04/2025-स्था.प्रा. दिनांक-16.04.2026 को जारी की गयी थी, के अनुसरण में बिहार राज्य की विधान परिशद् में भोजपुर-सह-बक्सर स्थानीय प्राधिकारी निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से निर्वाचित श्री राधा चरण साह का स्थान, उनकी पदावधि, जो कि 07.04.2028 सहित उस तारीख तक थी, के समाप्त होने से पूर्व बिहार विधान सभा में उनके निर्वाचित होने के कारण 16.11.2025 से रिक्त होने के फलस्वरूप हुई रिक्ति को भरने के प्रयोजनार्थ उप निर्वाचन हो चुका है। यतः निर्वाचन परिणाम की घोशणा संबंधित रिटर्निंग आफिसर के द्वारा लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 66 के अधीन कर दी गई है। अतः, अब लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा-67 के अनुसरण में बिहार राज्य की विधान परिशद् के लिए उन निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के निर्वाचित सदस्य के नाम संबंद्ध दल के साथ अधिसूचित किया जाता हैः- स्थानीय प्राधिकारी निर्वाचन क्षेत्र का नाम

Election Department ——— Notification The 15th May 2026 No. : B-1-3-65/2026-27.—Whereas a bye-election has been held in pursuance of notification no-100/BR-LC/04/2025-LAC Dated-16-04-2026 issued by Election Commission of India, New Delhi under section 151, section 30 and section 56 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) for the purpose of filling 01(One) seat vacant due to the seat of Shri. Radha Charan Sah in the Legislative Council of the State of Bihar, elected from Bhojpur-cum-Buxar Local Authorities' Constituency, has become vacant on 16th November, 2025 by the reason of his election to Bihar Legislative Assembly, before the expiration of his term of office which was up to and including 07.04.2028; and Whereas the result of the bye-election has been declared by the Returning Officer concerned Under Section 66 of the the Representation Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 67 of the the Representation Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the name of member, elected in respect for those Constituency for Legislative Council of State of Bihar alongwith party affiliations is hereby notified:-
