—सामाजिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2020 की धारा 106 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्माण श्रमिकों के निबंधन के लिए निर्गत पूर्व की सभी अधिसूचना को विलोपित कर बिहार सरकार एतद्‌ द्वारा नीचे अनुसूची के स्तभ (2) में वर्णित पदाधिकारियों को अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3) में यथार्निदिष्ट क्षेत्राधिकार में उक्त अधिनियम अंतर्गत लाभार्थियों के निबंधन हेतु शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिए निबंधन पदाधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खंड (3) के अधीन अंगे्रजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय। ——— The 21st May 2026

S.O. 111. dated 25th May 2026—In exercise of power conferred by section- 106 of The Code On Social Security, 2020 Government of Bihar omitting all previous notification issued for registration of construction workers is hereby pleased to appoint, the Officers mentioned in colum-(2) of the schedule below, to Register beneficiaries under the above Acts and Rule, as "Registering Officer" within their territorial Jurisdiction as specified against each in the table given below:-
