सं॰ बी॰1-3-65/2026-35—लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा-67 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में बिहार विधान परिशद् का उप निर्वाचन, 2026 से संबंधित बिहार राज्य के विधान सभा सदस्यों द्वारा बिहार विधान परिशद् के लिए निर्वाचित सदस्य की अधिसूचना, जिसमें निर्वाचित सदस्य के नाम संबंद्ध दल के साथ, (हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी) सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाषित की जाती है।

———अिधसूचना सं॰ : बी॰1-3-65/2026- -यतः लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा-151, धारा 39 की उप-धारा (1) और 56 के अधीन भारत निर्वाचन आयोग की अधिसूचना संख्या-100/बिहार-वि.प./02/2026-एम.एल.ए. (1) दिनांक 01.06.2026 को जारी की गई थी, के अनुसरण में बिहार राज्य की विधान सभा के सदस्यों द्वारा बिहार विधान परिशद के लिए निर्वाचित श्री नीतीष कुमार का स्थान उनकी पदावधि, जो कि 06.05.2030 सहित उस तारीख तक थी, के समाप्त होने से पूर्व त्याग-पत्र देने के कारण 30.03.2026 से रिक्त होने के फलस्वरूप हुई रिक्ति को भरने के प्रयोजनार्थ उप निर्वाचन हो चुका है। यतः निर्वाचन परिणाम की घोशणा संबंधित रिटर्निंग आफिसर के द्वारा लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 53 (2) के अधीन कर दी गई है। अतः, अब लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा-67 के अनुसरण में बिहार राज्य की विधान परिशद् के लिए निर्वाचित सदस्य के नाम संबंद्ध दल के साथ अधिसूचित किया जाता हैः-

No. बी॰-1-3-65/2026-34-Whereas Bye election has been held in pursuance notification no- 100/BR-LC/02/2026-MLA (1) Date 01-06-2026 issued by Election Commission of India, New Delhi under section 151, sub-section (1) of section 39 and section 56 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) for the purpose of filling 01(One) seat vacant due to the seat of Shri Nitish Kumar in the Legislative Council of the State of Bihar, elected by the members of the Legislative Assembly of the State, has become vacant on 30.03.2026 by the reason of his resignation, before the expiration of his term of office which was up to and including 06-05-2030; and Whereas result of the bye-election has been declared by the Returning officers concerned Under Section 53 (2) of the Represention of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 67 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the names of members, elected in resepect of those Constituency for Legislative Council of State of Bihar alongwith party affiliations is hereby notified:-
