180 ¼8½ jkŒ—बिहार काश्तकारी अधिनियम, 1885 की धारा-189 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार बिहार काश्तकारी नियमावली, 1885 (समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित) का संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाती हैः- 1. -(1) यह नियमावली
कही जा सकेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।

i उक्त नियमावली के नियम-23 (2)(i)(क) को निम्नांकित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगाः-

ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में प्रति खेसरा `1000/-एवं अधिकतम `4000/-(खेसरों की संख्या चार या चार से अधिक खेसरा होने पर) मापी शुल्क निर्धारित किया जाता है, जिसे आवेदक द्वारा ऑनलाइन जमा किया जायेगा।
शहरी क्षेत्र में तत्काल मापी हेतु प्राप्त आवेदन के आलोक में प्रति खेसरा `4000/-एवं अधिकतम `16000/-(खेसरों की संख्या चार या चार से अधिक खेसरा होने पर) मापी शुल्क निर्धारित किया जाता है, जिसे आवेदक द्वारा ऑनलाइन जमा किया जायेगा। (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण) 11 जून 2026 2 जमीन की मापी हेतु आवेदन-पत्र ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में राजस्व मौजावार एवं शहरी क्षेत्र में वार्डवार अलग-अलग समर्पित किया जायेगा। उक्त मापी शुल्क का पुनरीक्षण राज्य सरकार कार्यकारी आदेश द्वारा समय-समय पर कर सकेगा। बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से,/-

No.-08/niyam sanshodhan-07-01/2021-180 (8)/Ra—In exercise of the powers conferred under section 189 of the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1885, the State Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Bihar Tenancy Rules, 1885 (as amended from time to time):-
1. Short title, extent and commencement.-(1) This rule may be called the "Bihar Tenancy (Amendment) Rules, 2026."
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Substitution of Rule-23(2)(i)(a) of the Bihar Tenancy Rules, 1885.-Rule- 23(2)(i)(a) of the said Rules shall be substituted by the following.-
23(2)(i)(a) For the measurement of raiyati land located in Municipal Corporation, Municipal Council and Nagar Panchayat area, per Khesra `2000/- and maximum `8000/- (If the number of plots is four or exceeding four) measurement fee is fixed, which will be deposited online by the applicant. In rural areas, per khesra `1000/- and maximum `4000/- (If the number of plots is four or exceeding four) measurement fee is fixed, which will be deposited online by the applicant.
In the case of application received for immediate measurement in urban area per Khesra, `4000/- and maximum `16000/- (If the number of plots is four or exceeding four) measurement fee is fixed, which will be deposited online by the applicant.
In the case of the application received for immediate measurement in rural areas per Khesra, `2000 /- and maximum `8000 /- (If the number of plots is four or exceeding four) measurement fee is fixed, which will be deposited online by the applicant.
Measurement work will be executed by Amin within a maximum of 02 (two) working days.
The application form for measurement of land will be submitted separately in rural areas, revenue mauza wise and ward-wise in urban areas.
The State Government may revise the said measurement fee from time to time by executive orders.
