2008 @2953—चूँकि कालाबाजारी निवारण और आवश्यक वस्तु प्रदाय अधिनियम, 1980 (1980 का अधिनियम-7) की धारा-9 के अधीन ''सलाहकार बोर्ड'' का पुनर्गठन आवश्यक है;
अतएव, कालाबाजारी निवारण और आवश्यक वस्तु प्रदाय अधिनियम-1980 की धारा-9 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्यपाल बिहार द्वारा माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश, उच्च न्यायालय, पटना के मनोनयन के आधार पर माननीय न्यायाधीश श्री सुधीर सिंह (आसीन न्यायाधीश), उच्च न्यायालय, पटना को सलाहकार बोर्ड का अध्यक्ष तथा माननीय न्यायाधीश, श्री बिरेन्द्र कुमार (सेवानिवृत) एवं माननीय न्यायाधीश, श्री नवनीत कुमार पाण्डेय (सेवानिवृत), को सदस्य के रूप में तुरंत प्रभाव से नियुक्त करते हुए तदनुसार उक्त सलाहकार बोर्ड का गठन किया जाता है।
(cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण) 11 जून 2026 2 The 9th June 2026No. 2008 @2953—Whereas, it is necessary to reconstitute the "Advisory Board" under Section –9 of the Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (Act 7 of 1980);
Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section –9 of the Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to appoint Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mr. Sudhir Singh (Sitting Judge) as Chairman of the Advisory Board and Hon'ble Justice Mr. Birendra Kumar (Retired) and Hon'ble Justice Mr. Nawneet Kumar panday (Retired) as Members on the basis of nomination of Hon'ble Chief Justice, Patna High Court, Patna with immediate effect, and accordingly the said Board is hereby reconstituted.
