सं॰ 7/एम0ई0-401-70/2009-2184—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल, ''बिहार वाणिज्य-कर विभाग क्षेत्रीय लिपिकीय सेवा भर्त्ती/प्रोन्नति एवं सेवा शर्त्त नियमावली, 2011'' का संशोधन करते हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारम्भ ।-
(1) यह नियमावली ''बिहार वाणिज्य-कर विभाग क्षेत्रीय लिपिकीय सेवा भर्त्ती/ प्रोन्नति एवं सेवा शर्त्त (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2026'' कही जा सकेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत होगी।
2. उक्त नियमावली, 2011 के नियम-9 के उप-नियम (5) में संशोधन ।- उक्त नियमावली, 2011 के निमय-9 के उप-नियम (5) को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा :-
''इस संवर्ग के लिये लिखित परीक्षा का विषय बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग द्वारा इंटरमीडिएट आधारित परीक्षाओं के लिये निर्धारित मापदंड के अनुसार होगी।'' 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 16 जून 2026 The 15th June 2026 No. 7/ME-401-70/2009-2184—In exercise of the power conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following rules to amend "The Bihar Commercial Taxes Department Regional Clerical Service recruitment/promotion and service conditions Rules, 2011" :-
1. Short title, extent and commencement .—
(1) These rules may be called "The Bihar Commercial Taxes Department Regional Clerical Service recruitment/promotion and service conditions (amendment) Rules, 2026".
(2) It shall extend to the whole of The State of Bihar.
(3) It Shall Come into force from the date of publication in the official gazette .
2. Amendment in Sub-rule (5) of Rule 9 of the said Rules, 2011.—
—Sub-rule (5) of Rule 9 of the said Rules, 2011 Shall be Substituted by the following :-
" For this cadre, the subjects of the written examination shall be as per the standards prescribed by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission for Intermediate-based examinations."
