—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद-309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारम्भ।- (i) यह नियमावली
कही जा सकेगी। (ii) इसका विस्तार संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (iii) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।
| (i) | पीबी-II(9300-34800) गे्रड पे-5400 | 9 | 1. ओलम्पिक गेम्स में स्वर्ण/रजत/कांस्य पदक विजेता या ओलम्पिक गेम्स मे भारतीय टीम का ं प्रतिनिधित्व किया हो। 2. अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट परिषद (ICC) द्वारा आयोजित क्रिकेट खेल विधा के किसी भी प्रारूप में भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम का प्रतिनिधित्व किया हो। 3. भारतीय टीम का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हुए एशियाई खेल अथवा राष्ट्रमंडल खेल में स्वर्ण पदक विजेता। |
| (ii) | पीबी-II(9300-34800) गे्रड पे-4600 | 7 | 1. भारतीय टीम का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हुए एशियाई खेल/राष्ट्रमंडल खेल में रजत या कांस्य पदक विजेता। 2. एशियन गेम्स /कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स मे शामिल ं खेल विधा में भारतीय टीम का प्रतिनिधित्व किया हो। |
| (iii) | पीबी-II(9300-34800) गे्रड पे-4200 | 6 | 1. नेशनल गेम्स/सीनियर नेशनल चैम्पियनशिप में स्वर्ण/रजत पदक विजेता। 2. केवल वैसे गेम्स जो ओलम्पिक गेम्स/ एशियन गेम्स/कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स मे ं शामिल है। |
| (iv) (क) | पीबी-I (5200-20200) गे्रड पे-1800/1900 2000 | 1/2 3 | 1. नेशनल गेम्स/सीनियर नेशनल चैम्पियनशिप में कांस्य पदक विजेता। (क) नियुक्ति हेतु आवेदन 18 वर्ष की उम्र होने के उपरान्त ही की जा सकेगी। (ख) व्यक्तिगत स्पर्धा में न्यूनतम 16 प्रतिभागी एवं दलीय स्पर्धा में संबंधित खेल से कम से कम 16 दल भाग लिये हों। 2. केवल वैसे गेम्स जो ओलम्पिक गेम्स/ एशियन गेम्स/कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स मे शामिल ं है। |
केवल वे खिलाड़ी आवेदन करने के पात्र होंगे, जिन्होंने अंतरराष्ट्रीय खेल महासंघ (ISF)/राष्ट्रीय खेल महासंघ (NSF) द्वारा आयोजित प्रतियोगिता जो युवा कार्य एवं खेल मंत्रालय द्वारा विधिवत मान्यता प्राप्त हो, जिसमें वे पदक जीता हो या भाग लिया हो, साथ ही संबंधित राष्ट्रीय खेल महासंघ का अपने खेल से संबंधित अंतरराष्ट्रीय महासंघ से संबद्ध होना भी आवश्यक है।
नियुक्ति में आमंत्रण/मेमोरियल/गैर-आधिकारिक/प्रतिस्पर्धा चैम्पियनशीप/ प्रतियोगिताओं
को मान्यता नहीं दी जाएगी।
उपर्युक्त योग्यताएँ पारा स्पोट्र्स (दिव्यांग खेल) के उत्—ष्ट खिलाड़ियों के मामलों में भी समान

No.-26/Ni.Ni-19-01/2023-10880/GAD— In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to make the following rules for amendment of "The Bihar Outstanding Sportspersons Direct Appointment (Amendment) Rules, 2023" :-
1. Short title, extent and commencement.-
(i) These Rules may be called as "The Bihar Outstanding Sportspersons Direct Appointment (Amendment) Rules, 2026"
(ii) It shall extend to the whole State of Bihar. (iii) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official gazette.
2. Substitution in clauses (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) (a) & "Note" contained in clause (ii) of the Sub rule (a) of Rule-3 of The Bihar Outstanding Sportspersons Direct Appointment Rules, 2023.— Clauses (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) (a) & "Note" contained in clause (ii) of the Sub rule (a) of Rule-3 of the said rule is substituted as follows:-

| (ii) | PB-II (9300-34800) Grade pay 4600 | 7 | 1. Winner of Silver/Bronze medal in Asian games /Commonwealth games representing Indian team. 2. Participation in the Asian games/Commonwealth games representing Indian team. |
| (iii) | PB-II (9300-34800) Grade pay 4200 | 6 | 1. Winner of Gold/ Silver medal in the National games /Senior National Championship. 2. Only those games which are included in Olympic games/ Asian games/ Commonwealth games. |
| (iv) (a) | PB-I (5200-20200) Grade pay 1800/1900/2000 | Level 1 / 2/3 | 1. Winner of Bronze medal in National Games/ Senior National Championship. (a) Applicable to submit application after age of 18. |
| (b) There shall be minimum 16 participants in 'Individual event' and in 'Team event" 16 teams must have participated from the respective games. 2. Only those games which are Included in Olympic Games/ Asian Games/Commonwealth Games. |
Note
1- Only those athletes who have won medals or participated in the games organised by International Sports Federations (ISF) / National Sports Federations (NSF) duly recognised by Ministry of youth Affairs & Sports and NSF's which are also affiliated to their respective International Federation in the concerned discipline shall only be eligible to apply. 2- Invitation/memorial/nonofficial championships/competitions shall not be recognised for recruitment purposes.
3- The above mentioned qualifications would be effective in the matter of the para Sports outstanding sports persons.
