laŒlaŒ MVR 4060—भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 की धारा 3 के तृतीय परन्तुक [बिहार वित्त अधिनियम, 2001 (अधिनियम सं0-11,2002) द्वारा यथा अन्तः स्थापित] के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल, बिहार उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची-1A के अनुच्छेद सं0-23 एवं 33 को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित करते हैः-
| 23 | अभिक्रमण पत्र (विक्रय पत्र मात्र) | (क) पुरूष से महिला को अंतरण की स्थिति मे 6.6% ं (ख) अन्य परिस्थितियों मे 7% ं |
| 33 | दान-पत्र | (क) पुरूष से महिला को अंतरण की स्थिति मे 6.6% ं (ख) अन्य परिस्थितियों मे 7% ं |
2. राज्य में भूमि/संपति के निबंधन में स्टाम्प शुल्क की सामान्य दर 7% निर्धारित की जाती है। 3. उक्त स्टाम्प ड्यूटी की दरें अधिसूचना निर्गमन की तिथि से प्रभावी होंगी।

(cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण) 19 जून 2026 2 The 18th June 2026F.No. 10/Ni MVR Punirakshan 4060—In exercise of the powers conferred by 3rd proviso of Section-3 of the Indian stamp Act, 1899 {as inserted by the Bihar Finance Act, 2001(Act No-11 of 2002 )}, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to substitute the Article no 23 and 33 of schedule-1A of the said Act by the following:-

| 23 | Conveyance (Sale deed only) | (a) In case of transfer from male to female 6.6% (b) In any other case 7% |
| 33 | Gift deed | (a) In case of transfer from male to female 6.6% (b) In any other case 7% |
state is fixed at 7%.
3. Rates of the said Stamp duty shall be effective from the date of issuance of the notification.
