—भारत-संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के
अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल,
का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैंः-
(1) यह नियमावली
कही जा सकेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगा।
उक्त नियमावली के नियम-6 के उप नियम-2 को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित
किया जाएगाः-
''बिहार नागरिक सुरक्षा क्षेत्रीय आशुलिपिक संवर्ग में सीधी भर्ती के लिए न्यूनतम उम्र 18 वर्ष और अधिकतम उम्र वही होगी जो सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर आरक्षण कोटिवार विनिश्चित की जाय।''
उक्त नियमावली के नियम-8 को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगाः- 8. ''परिवीक्षा अवधिः- आयोग की अनुशंसा के आधार पर सीधी भर्त्ती से नियुक्त सरकारी सेवक 01 (एक) वर्ष तक परिवीक्षा पर रहेंगे। परिवीक्षा अवधि में सेवा संतोषजनक नहीं होने पर इसे 01 (एक) और वर्ष के लिए विस्तारित किया जा सकेगा। विस्तारित अवधि में भी सेवा संतोषजनक नहीं रहने पर सेवा समाप्त की जा सकेगी।''
बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से,
(cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण) 22 जून 2026 2 19 twu 2026का निम्नलिखित अंगेे्रजी अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद् द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारत-संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उक्त अधिसूचना का प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाएगा।

N0. M/CD-130/2016-DMD/1860—In exercise of the powers conferred under proviso to the Article-309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar makes the following Rules to amend the "Bihar Civil Defence Regional Stenographer Cadre Rules, 2017" -
1. Short Title, Extent And Commencement.-
(1) These Rules may be called as the "Bihar Civil Defence Regional Stenographer Cadre (Amendment) Rules, 2026".
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the state of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force from the date of publication in the official Gazette. 2. Substitution of Sub Rule-2 of Rule-6 of the "Bihar Civil Defence Regional Stenographer Cadre Rules, 2017" – Sub Rule-2 of Rule-6 of the said rules shall be substituted by the following:- "The Minimum age for direct recruitment in Bihar Civil Defence Regional Stenographer Cadre shall be 18 years and the maximum age shall be the same as decided by the Government from time to time, category wise for reservation."
3. Substitution of Rule-8 of the "Bihar Civil Defence Regional Stenographer Cadre Rules, 2017" – Rule-8 of the said rules shall be substituted by the following:-
8. "Probation Period:- The government servants, appointed by direct recruitment on the recommendation of the Commission, shall be on probation for 01 (one) year. The probation period may be extended for 01 (one) more year, in case of unsatisfactory service during the probation period. In case of unsatisfactory service during the extended period, the service may be terminated."
