-6098 —भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद, 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल एतद्‌द्वारा बिहार यात्रा-भत्ता नियमावली, 1949 में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-

(1) यह नियमावली "बिहार यात्रा-भत्ता (द्वितीय संशोधन) नियमावली, 2026" कही जा सकेगी। (2) यह संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य में प्रवृत्त होगी। (3) यह राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी। 2. बिहार यात्रा-भत्ता नियमावली, 1949 के नियम-69(2) को एतद्‌ द्वारा विलोपित किया जाता है। 2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 3 जुलाई 2026 FINANCE DEPARTMENT

No. 3A-3-Allowance(T.A.)-01/2010-6098/F—In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to Article-309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to make following Rule to amend The Bihar Travelling Allowance Rule, 1949:-

Bihar Travelling Allowance (Second Amendment) Rule, 2026

1. Short Title, extent and Commencement: –

(1) These rules may be called Bihar Travelling Allowance (Second Amendment) Rule, 2026

(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.

(3) It shall come into force on date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Rule-69(2) of the Bihar Travelling Allowance Rules, 1949 is hereby omitted.
