—सामजिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2020 की धारा-7(6) (b) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार एवं में पूर्व से देय राशि में वृद्धि का निम्नरूपेण प्रावधान करती है :-
1. पेंशन-निबंधित निर्माण श्रमिकों को देय पेंशन की राशि रू॰ 1,000/- (रूपये एक हजार) से बढ़ाकर रू॰ 1,100/-(रूपये एक हजार एक सौ) प्रतिमाह की जाती है।
2. -निबंधित निर्माण श्रमिकों को देय विकलांगता पेंशन की राशि रू॰ 1,000/- (रूपये एक हजार) से बढ़ाकर रू॰ 1,100/-(रूपये एक हजार एक सौ) प्रतिमाह की जाती है। इस योजना की शेष कंडिका पूर्ववत् रहेगी। यह अधिसूचना निर्गत होने की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी।

2 (cid:464)बहार गजट (असाधारण) 13 जुलाई 2026 The 9th July 2026No. BCWC- 88/2013 L.R./661—In exercise of the power conferred by section - 7(6) (b) of the Code on Social Security, 2020 Government of Bihar makes following provision to enhance the amount of Pension and Disability Pension as below :-
1. Pension–It is proposed to enhance the monthly pension payable to registered construction workers from ₹1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to ₹1,100/- (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred only) per month.
2. Disability Pension–It is proposed to enhance the monthly disability pension payable to registered construction workers from ₹1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to ₹1,100/- (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred only) per month.
Rest of the para of said scheme will remain same. This will be effective from date of notification.
