NOTIFICATION
The following variation to the Master Plan for Tirupati Urban Development Authority Region Land use Plan sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.112, MA&UD Department, dated 08-03-2019, which is proposed in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) & (2) of section 15 of Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016 is hereby published as required by sub-section (4) of said section.

East : Existing 12M Road in SHV Layout Phase-I
West: Existing 10M Road in SHV Layout Phase-I
North: Existing 12M Road in SHV Layout Phase-I which is a proposed 100' wide Master Plan Road as per sanctioned Master Plan of TUDA-2040, which is abutting the reserve forest land.
South : Existing 10M Road in SHV Layout Phase - I
