The Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Cess Act, 1985 (3 of 1986), the Central Government hereby specifies 0 per cent (zero per cent) ad valoram as the rate of cess on export of all Scheduled products by the Export Oriented Units and the Units in the Export Processing Zones and Special Economic Zones, with immediate effect.
