MINISTRY OF SHIPPING (Ports Wing)-The Major Ports Trust Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the Tulicorin Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulation, 2001 made by the Board of Trustees for the Port of Tuticorin Port Trust and set out in the schedule annexed to tins notification.
