का. आ. 67( अ ). केन्द्र सरकार, वन्यजीव ( सुरक्षा ) संशोधन अधिनियम, 1991 ( 1991 का 44 ) की धारा 1 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा पदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 19 दिसम्बर, 2000 को उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 22 और धारा 30 ( ii ) के लागू होने की तिथि के रूप में निर्धारित करती है ।

New Delhi , the 19th December , 2000
S. O. 67 (E) . In excrcise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2 ) of Section 1 of the Wild Life ( Protection) Amendment Act. 1991 ( 44 of 1991 ) . the Central Government hereby appoints the 19th day of December, 2000 as the date on which Section 22 and Section 30 ( ii ) of the said Act shall come into force .
