The powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Wild Life (Protection) Amendment Act, 1991 (44 of 1991). the Central Government hereby appoints the 19th day of December, 2000 as the diilc on which Section 22 and Section 30(ii) of the said Act shall come into force.
