The Textiles (Development & Regulation) Order, 1993, an order issued under Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955,1 hereby repeal with immediate effect the following notifications which were issued in connection with the marking of Ex-actory price including excise duty and maximum retail sale price, on cotton/non-cotton yarn.
