In exercise of the powers conferred by the Sections 10(1) and 36(1) of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act. 1997 as amended from time to time the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India hereby makes the following Regulation governing appointment of the officers and other employees of TRAI.
