का.आ. 180 ( अ) केन्द्र सरकार, इस मंत्रालय की दिनांक 11/12-12-2000 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना के अनुक्रन में और भारतीय अन्तर्देशीय जलमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1985 ( 1985 का 82 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय अन्तर्देशीय जलमार्ग प्राधिकरण में उपाध्यक्ष श्री ए.के. रस्तोगी , भा.प्र.से. ( तमिलनाडु -68 ) को उनके अपने कार्यों के अतिरिक्त अगले आदेशों तक आई.डब्ल्यू.ए.आई . में सदस्य (वित्त ) का अतिरिक्त प्रभार सौंपती है ।

New Delhi , the 28th February, 2001 S.O. 180 ( E) . In continuation of this Ministry's Notification of even No.dt. 11 / 12-12-2000 and in exer- cise of the powers conferred by Sub- Section ( 3 ) of Sec- tion 3 of the Inland Waterways Authority of India Act . 1985 (82 of 1985 ) the Central Government assigns the additional charge of Member (Finance ) in IWAI to Shri A.K. Rastogi , IAS (TN -68 ) , Vice Chairman in Inland Waterways Authority of India, in addition to his own du- tics , until further orders .
