In continuation of this Ministrys Notification of even No. dt. 11/12-12-2000 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (3) of Section 3 of the Inland Waterways Authority of India Act.1985 (82 of 1985) the Central Government assigns the additional charge of Member (Finance) in IWAI to Shri A.K. Rastogi, IAS (TN-68).
