Tn exercise of the powers conferred by Section 48 of the Major Porp Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963)the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby amends the Scale of Rates of the Chennai Port Trust by inserting a provision to allow a rebate in wharfage on iron ore unloaded manually at the Royapuram Yard and intcrcarted to the Mechanical Ore Handling Plant for shipment at the cost of exporters, as in the Order appended hereto.
