In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (6) of Section 3 of The Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints Director (PHRD) Ministry of Shipping on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Kandla vice Director (Development) as a trustee and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India
