In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 123A read with Section 47 H(2) of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (Act No. 38 of 1963) the Tariff Authority for Major Ports with the concurrence of the Central Government hereby makes the following Regulations about the method of recruitment to its Group C and D posts.
