सा.का.नि. 880 ( अ ).-केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 132 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के साथ पठित धारा 124 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्न शक्तियों का प्रयोग करत हुए, नव मगलूर पत्नन के न्यासी मंडल द्वारा बनाए गए और इस अधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची में दर्शिन नव मंगलूर पत्नन न्यास कर्मचारी ( विभागाध्यक्षां की भर्ती ) मशोधन र्वािनयम, 2001 का अनुमोदन करती है ।
2 उक्त विनियम इस अधिसूचना के सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगे ।
अनुसूची
नव मंगलूर पत्तन न्यास ( विभागाध्यक्षों की भर्ती ) द्वितीय सशोधन विनियम, 2001
महापत्तन न्यास अििनयम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 124 के साथ पठित धारा 28 द्वारा प्रदन्न शक्तियों का प्रयाग करते हुए, नत्र मगलूर पत्तन का न्यामी मंडल, नव मंगलूर पत्तन न्यास ( विभागाध्यक्षों की भर्ती ) विनियम, 1991 में फिर से संशोधन करते हुए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है ।
1 इन विनियमो को नव मंगलूर पत्नन न्यास ( विभागाध्यक्षों की भर्ती ) द्वितीय संशोधन विनियम, 2001 कष्ठा जाएगा ।
2 वर्तमान के नव मंगलूर पत्तन न्याम ( विभागाध्यक्षो की भर्ती ) र्वािनयम, 1991 मे विनियम 20 के बाद की वर्तमान की अनुमृची रद्द करक निम्नलिखित नई अनुसूची पतिस्थापित किया जाये ।

वांछनीय : श्रम प्रबंधन/ औद्योगिक संबंध में स्नातकोत्तर/डिप्लोमा उपाधि या विधि में स्नातक उपाधि ।

6. क्या सीधी भर्ती के लिए निर्धारित आयु तथा शैक्षिक अर्हताएं पदोन्नति और अन्य विभाग में अनुरूप पदों पर आसीन व्यक्ति और प्रतिनियुक्तियों के मामले में भी लागूहोगी
7. परिवीक्षा अवधि
: 2 वर्ष
8 भर्ती की विधि क्या सीधी भर्ती द्वारा या पदोन्नति/ स्थानांतरण/प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा
: महापत्तनों में पदोन्नति/स्थानांतरण/प्रतिनियुक्ति ( मिश्रित भर्ती ) द्वारा ऐसा न होने पर कालम सं. ( 9 ) में दर्शित अधिकारियों का स्थानांतरण या प्रतिनियुक्ति दोनों तारीकों में से न होने पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा ।
9. पदोन्नति अथवा स्थानांतरण/प्रतिनियुक्ति के मामले में संवर्ग जिनमें से पदोन्र्नात अथवा प्रतिनियुक्ति/ स्थानांतरण किया जाना होगा
: पदोन्नति/स्थानांतरण/प्रतिनियुक्ति: महापत्तनों में अपने ग्रेड में 5 वर्ष नियमित सेवायुक्त उप सचिव/अनुरूपी पद ऐसा न होने पर सरकारी/ अर्ध सरकारी संगठन/ सार्वजनिक उपक्रम या स्वायत्तशासी निकाय में वही या अनुरूपी पदधारी अधिकारियों की स्थानांतरण या प्रतिनियुक्ति ।
(प्रतिनियुक्तिकी अवधि साधारणतः 3 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए ) चयन अर्हता के आधार पर होगा जिसके लिए एसीआरों में निशान की कुल मिलाकर ग्रेडिंग " अति उत्तम " से नीचे नहीं होनी चाहिए । 10. चयन समिति का स्वरूप

केन्द्रीय लेखा व लेखा परीक्षा सेवा तथा एम ए एस अर्हता वालो के संदर्भ में छूट दी जा सकती है ।
6. क्याी सीधी भर्ती के लिए निर्धारित आयु तथा शैक्षिक अर्हताएं पदोन्नति और अन्य विभाग में अनुरूप पदों पर आसीन व्यक्ति और प्रतिनियुक्तियों के मामले में भीलागू होगी

6 क्या मीधी भर्ती के लिए निर्धारित आयु तथा शैक्षिक अर्हताएं पदोन्नति और अन्य विभाग में अनुरूप पदों पर आसीन व्यक्ति और पतिनियुक्तियों के मामले में भीलागू होगी

मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से यांत्रिक/बिजली इंजीनियरी में उपाधि या समतुल्य या प्रथम श्रेणी का एमओटी सक्षमता प्रमाण पत्र या समतुल्य ।
2. किसी महापत्तन न्यास व निजी पत्तन या स्वायत्तशासी निकाय में यांत्रिकी/ समुद्री/ बिजली इंजीनियरी की किसी शाखा में प्रबंधकीय क्षमता में कम से कम 15 वर्ष का अनुभव होते हुए पत्तन मुविधाओं की योजना या माल संचालन उपस्करों का प्रचालन त्र अनुरक्षण/बिजली स्थापना में कम से कम 7 वर्ष का अनुभव ।
वांछनीय : एक जिम्मेदार पद पर रहते हुए पत्तन प्रबंधन में अनुभव ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( i ) of Section 124. read with Sub - section ( i ) of Section 132 of the Major Ports Act. 1963 ( 38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby approves the New Mangalore Port Irust Employees ( Recruitment of Head of Department ) Anendment Regulations , 2001 made by the Board of 7 rustees of the Port of New Mangalore Port Trust as set out in the Schedule annexed to this Notification .
