Tenure of the Office of Shri P.O. Yatheendra Mohan and Shri K P. Thomas, Directors of the Bank elected u/s 25(1 )(d) of the State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959, will expire on 30-1-2002. It has, therefore, become necessary to fill up the said vacancies for a period of three years.
