Provisions of section 2 (1) (a) of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force Act, 1992 (35 of 1992) the Central Govt. declares that with effect from 1-1-2002 to until further order, the duty of every member of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, as & when deployed in operation or on patrol.
