The powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 ofthe Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953), read with rules 4 and 5 of the Tea Rules, 1954, the Central Govt. makes the further amendments in the notification of the Govt. of India, M/o Commerce and Industry. (Tea Control), number S.R.0.944 dated the 17-3-1954.
