In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 49 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (3 8 of 1963) the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby approves the proposal from the Mormugao Port Trust for continuance of the rebate of 25Per Cent in vessel-related charges (berth hire and anchorage charges) for vessels of 1,60,000 DWT and above as in the Order appended hereto.
