In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) and in supersession of notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Surface Transport No. S.O, 772(E) dated 10th August, 2001 in so far as it relates to the District of Ajmer except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby authorises Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition)
