G.S.R 81 (E)/Ess.Com./Sugarcane.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause 3 of the Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1966 and having regard to the various factors mentioned in sub-clause (1) thereof and in continuation of Order No. GSR 867(E)/Ess. Com./Sugarcane dated the 27th November, 2001 of the Government of India, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Department of Food & Public Distribution, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part-H, Secu'on-3, Sub-Section (i) , dated the 27th November, 2001, the Central Government hereby fixes the price specified in column (4) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the minimum price that shall be payable by the owners of the vacuum pan process sugar factory specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said schedule or their agents for sugarcane delivered at the gate of the factory or any purchasing centre for the sugar year 2001-2002 ending the 30th September, 2002 subject to the rebates payable therefor under Clause 3A of the said Order.
