The owners of the vacuum pan process sugar factory specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said schedule or their agents for sugarcane delivered at the gate of the factory or any purchasing centre for the sugar year 2001-2002 ending the 30th September, 2002 subject to the rebates payable therefor under Clause 3A of the said Order.
