In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 38 and read with Note 2 to clause (g)of paragraph 1 of Section L, Notes to paragraph 4 of Section S and Notes to paragraph 4 of Section T of Schedule II to the Aircraft Rules, 1937, the Central Government hereby notifies that the Senior Commercial Pilots Licence (for aeroplanes) and the Flight Instructors Rating (for gliders and for balloons) shall cease to be granted with effect from 1st April, 2002
