In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 49 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 ofl 963)the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby disposes of the representation of the Andhra Petrochemicals Limited about fixation of Lease.Rent for the land leased out by the Visakhapalnam Port Trust as in the Order appended hereto.
