The Central Government, therefore, in supersession of the Notification No. S.O. 186(E) and in exercise of the power under Section 7 of the said Act in the interest of the trade and in public interest withdraws the recognition of Keshav Commodity Exchange Ltd. Delhi with immediate effect.
