The public interest so to do, hereby exempts the duty of excise on crude oil production from the fields under the Production Sharing Contracts mentioned in the Table below to the extent of rupees nine hundred per tonne as against the rate of duty of excise of Rs.One thousand eight hundred per tonne specified vide notification
