The Cine Workers Welfare Fund Act, 1981 (33 of 1981), the Central Government hereby specifies an amount not exceeding rupees eight thousand per month where such amount is paid monthly or an amount not exceeding one lakh rupees where it is paid by way of humpsum or instalments, as remuneration of a cine worker for the purposes of this Act
