ORDER : Government of the Republic of India and the Republic of Uzbekistan was signed at New Delhi, India on 2nd May, 2000 and in pursuance of Article 23(1) of the Treaty instruments of ratification were exchanged at Tashkent, Uzbekistan on 22nd May, 2002 and which Treaty provides as follows
