NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, ihc 2nd September, 2002
S.o. 927(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises Special Land Acquisition Officer, O/o Special Land Acquisition Officer, Nagar Board, Collector Office Compound, Rajkot - 360002 as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said A€t with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the land of stretch from Km. 60.000 (Porbandar District border) to Km. 143.000 (Gondal), Km. 174.000 to Km. 185.500 (Rajkot Byepass) of National Highway No 8B and Km. 182.000 (Bamanbore Junction) to Km. 280.080 (Up to Rajkot District Border) of National Highway No. 8A as specified in the Schedule below.

S.o. 928(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises Deputy Collector, Office of Deputy Collector, Gymkhana Building, Anjar - 370110, District Kachchh as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the land of stretch from Km.'207.350 (District Boundary Patan) to Km. 281.300 (Samakhiyali) of National Highway No. 15 and from Km 280.080 (District Border Rajkot) to Km 308/00 (Samakhiyali) of National Highway No. 8A as specified in the Schedule below.
