The National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby authorises Special Land Acquisition Officer, O-o Special Land Acquisition Officer, Nagar Board, Collector Office Compound, Rajkot-360002 as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification
