The Central Motor Vehicles (2nd Amendment) Rules, 2001, the Central Government hereby appoints 1st April, 2003 as the date on which the provisions of Central Motor Vehicles (2nd Amendment) Rules. 2001 shall come into force in Kanpur and Pune in respect of four wheeled vehicles.
