In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 49 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963(38 of 1963) the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby disposes of the proposal of the Tuticorin Port Trust for revision of ledse rent for the land leased out to Ms. Tuticorin Salt and Marine Chemicals Limited for production of salt as in the Order appended hereto.
