सं. यूटी/डीओएईसी/पीएफ-संशोधन/190/2002-03.-भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट अधिनियम , 1963 की धारा 43 की उप - धारा 4 के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में तथा उनके द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट कर्मचारी भविष्य निधिविनियमावली ( यूटीआई- ईपीएफ ) के विनियम 3 ( 1 ) तथा विनियम 9 अनुबंध " क " में उल्लेख किए अनुसार संशोधित हो गए हैं ।

" निधियां ट्रस्ट में पहली यूनिट योजना में निहित रहेंगी । " शब्दों को निकाल दिया जाए ।
ट्रस्ट" भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट भविष्य निधि" नामक निधि स्थापित करेगा, उसे बनाए रखेगा और प्रशासित करेगा । निधि प्रशासकों द्वारा प्रशासित की जाएगी ।

2 विनियम 9 : ब्याज

" निधि द्वारा उपार्जित आय " शब्द" जो उस " शब्द के बाद शामिल किए जाएं ।
ट्रस्टप्रत्येक छः महीने के अंत में प्रत्येक अभिदाता के नाम जमा रकम पर ऐसी दर से ब्याज जमा करेगा, जो उस निधि द्वारा उपार्जित आय तथा प्रतिलाभ को ध्यान में रखकर ट्रस्ट द्वारा निर्धारित की जाएगी, जो कि इस संबंध में केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा तैयार किए गए नियमों, योजनाओं या दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार अन्य भविष्य निधि, धर्मार्थ, धार्मिक और न्यास तथा अर्धन्यास निधियों में पूंजी निवेश से प्राप्त किए जा सकते हैं । ऐसा ब्याज प्रत्येक अभिदाता के मासिक गुणनफल के आधार पर पूर्ण रुपए तक आकलित किया जाएगा तथा प्रत्येक वर्ष 31 मार्च और 30 सितम्बर को लेखों पर हर छः महीने में लागू किया जाएगा ।

No. UT / DOAEC/ PF - Amendment/ 190/ 2002-03 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by and pursuant to the provisions of Sub - section 4 of Section 43 of Unit Trust of India Act , 1963 it is notified that Regulation 3 ( 1 ) and Regulation 9 ofUnit Trust of India Employees Provident Fund (UTI -EPF) regulations are deemed to have been amended as stated in the Annexure A.

The Trust shall credit interest on the amount standing to each subscriber's credit at the end of every half year at a rate which shall be fixed by the Trust having regard to the income earnedby the fund and return which can be obtained on the investment of other provi- dent, charitable, religious and trust and quasi- trust funds in accordance with the rules, schemes or directions made , framed or given bythe Central Government in this behalf. Such interst shall be cal- culated to the nearest rupee on the monthly products of each subscri- ber's account and shall be applied to the accounts half-yearly as on the 31st March and 30th September of every year.

Provided that in respect of subscri- bers governed by Section 31 (3 ) and 31(4) of the Act the rate of interest allowed shall not be lower than the rate allowed by the Reserve Bank in respect of its Employee's Provident Fund.
