फा. सं. 104-1/बीआई /प्रशासन( एस )/96 ( भाग-2 ).-अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद् अधिनियम, 1987 ( 1987 का 52 ) की धारा 23 की उपधाराओं ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद् एतद्वारा अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद् ( समूह क, ख एवं ग गैर- तकनीकी पद ) भर्ती विनियमों, 1999 में संशोधन हेतु निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, नामतः:-
1. इन विनियमों को अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद् ( समूह क, ख एवं गगैर - तकनीकी पद ) भर्ती संशोधन विनियम , 2002 कहा जाएगा ।
2. ये विनियम शासकीय राजपत्र मे प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होंगे ।
3. इन विनियमों में-
विनियम 6 में निम्नलिखित खण्ड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः :-
छूट की शक्ति: - जहां परिषद् का यह मत हो कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक अथवा उचित हो तो वह आदेश द्वारा लिखित रूप में रिकार्ड किए जाने वाले कारणों के लिए और कार्यकारी समिति के परामर्श में और सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से किसी भी वर्ण अथवा व्यक्तियों के वर्ग के संबंध में इन विनियमों के किसी भी प्रावधानों में छूट दे सकती है ।
4. इन विनियमों में-
विनियम 7 में निम्नलिखित खंड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः:-
निम्नलिखित को छोड़कर इनमें निहित कुछ भी इस संबंध में समय - समय पर भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी आदेशों के अनुस्कर अनुसूचित जातियों, अनुसूचित जनजातियों, भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और व्यक्तियों के अन्य विशेष वर्गों के लिए प्रदान किए गए आरक्षणों/आयु - सीमा में छूट और अन्य छूटों को प्रभावित नहीं करेगा ।
5. इन विनियमों में अनुसूची के लिए निम्नलखित अनुसूची को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः :-

3. कम्प्यूटर अनुप्रयोगों की जानकारी किसी अन्य सरकारी विभाग/सरकारी विश्वविद्यालयों/स्वायत्त निकायों में इस नियुक्तिके तत्काल पूर्व धारित किसी अन्य संवर्ग बाह्य पद में व्यतीत प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि सहित प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि 3 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी । 1. सदस्य सचिव , अभातशिप

2. स्नातक स्तर पर अंग्रेजी विषय के साथ किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय अथवा समकक्ष से हिन्दी में स्नातकोत्तर की उपाधि अथवा स्नातक स्तर पर हिन्दी विषय के साथ किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय अथवा समकक्ष से अंग्रेजी में स्नातकोत्तर की उपाधि अथवा स्नातक स्तर पर हिन्दी और अंग्रेजी विषयों के साथ किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय अथवा समकक्ष से किसी भी विषय में स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि अथवा स्नातक स्तर पर अंग्रेजी विषय के साथ किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय अथवा समकक्ष से हिन्दी माध्यम में किसी भी विषय के साथ स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि अथवा स्नातक स्तर पर हिन्दी विषय के साथ किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विश्विद्यालय अथवा समकक्ष से अंग्रेजी माध्यम में किसी भी विषय के साथ स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि।
3. हिन्दी में पारिभाषिक शब्दावली संबंधी कार्य/तकनीकी अथवा वैज्ञानिक साहित्य को वरीयता देते हुए अंग्रेजी से हिन्दी अथवा इसके विपरीत अनुवाद कार्य का 5 वर्ष का अनुभव अथवा हिन्दी में शिक्षण, शोध, लेखन अथवा पत्रकारिता में 5 वर्ष का अनुभव ।
4. कम्प्यूटर अनुप्रयोग की जानकारी ।
किसी अन्य सरकारी विभाग/सरकारी विश्वविद्यालयों/स्वायत्त निकायों में इस नियुक्तिके तत्काल पूर्व धारित किसी अन्य संवर्ग- बाह्य पद मेंव्यतीत प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि को शामिल करते हुए प्रतिनियुक्ति कीअवधि 3 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होंगी ।

1. These regulations may be called the All India Council for Technical Education ( Group A, B and C Non -technical posts) Recruitment Amendment Regulations, 2002 .
2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
3. In the said Regulation :-
In Regulation 6 , following clause shall be substituted, namely :--
