का.आ. 1421 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 15 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, घोषणा करती है कि उक्त धारा के उपबंध उन सम्पूर्ण राज्यक्षेत्रों में, जिनमें उक्त अधिनियम का विस्तार है , अपरिष्कृत तेल को , राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का और प्रयोग करते हुए, उस समय , जब इस अधिसूचना की तारीख को उक्त माल वायदा बाजार समाप्त होता है , विद्यमान दर को, उस दर के रूप में नियत करती है , जिस पर कोई अग्रिम संविदा इस अधिसूचना की तारीख को या उसके पूर्व की जाती है और शेष को जो उक्त तारीख की समाप्ति के पश्चात् निष्पादित की जानी है , समाप्त हुआ समझा जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 29th December, 2004
S.O. 1421 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 15 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), the Central Government hereby declares that the provisions of the said section shall apply to crude oil , in the whole of the territories to which the said Act extends with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette; and further in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 16 of the said Act, fixes the rate prevailing at the time at which the forward market in the said goods closed on the date of this notification , as the rate atwhich any such forward contract entered into on or before the date of this notification and remaining to be performed after the said date shall be deemed to be closed.
