का.आ. 23 ( अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, सरकारी स्थान ( अप्राधिकृत अधिभोगियों की बेदखली ) अधिनियम, 1971 ( 1971 का 40 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को, जो सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी हैं , उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए सम्पदा अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है और उक्त अधिकारी उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट सरकारी स्थानों के प्रवर्गों की बाबत अपनी अधिकारिता की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम के द्वारा या उसके अधीन प्रवर्गों संपदा अधिकारी को प्रदत्त शक्तियों और उन पर अधिरोपित कर्तव्य का पालन करेंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th December, 2004
S.O. 23 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises ( Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act , 1971 (40 of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in the column (2 ) ofthe Table below, being Gazetted Officers of the Government , to be the Estate Officer for the purposes of the said Act , and the said officers shall exercise all the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on Estate Officer by under the said Act , within the local limits of his jurisdiction in respect of the categories of Public Premises specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) of the said Table .
