The Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971). Gazetted Officers of the Government, to be the Estate Officer of the purposes of the said Act, and the said officers shall exercise all the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on Estate Officer.
